What we offer

Initial Intake Session - 60 minutes

The first session is about getting to know you, what you are struggling with, your history, and establishing goals for therapy. Essentially, what our game plan is for moving from struggle to wellness. This will be a more structured “interview” type of session than typical therapy sessions - however, this is also a time to build rapport so therapy feels like a safe place to process life’s difficulties.

Therapy session - 45-55 minutes

Subsequent sessions are 45 or 55 minutes and are less structured in nature. We encourage you to bring what feels pertinent to the session - whether it be current, past, or ongoing concerns.
